Expertise in creating an event strategy to grow brand awareness: Identifying key events
within the marketplace, internal team training for attendee.
?   Managing a physical and digital events calendar, organizing all aspects of events,
managing a large budget for all events (up to a million dollars a year).

?   Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & PPT

?   Coordinate events for faculty and student
?   Coordination of events between 10-600 people
?   Event Types: Seminar, Cocktails Conferences, career fairs, banquets
?   Creation of floor plan, signage, décor
?   Knowledge of IT services, cleaning facilities

EVENT COORDINATOR

Placed in a new department, GENMTL, primarily working with population aged 18-
40.
?   Work with many university students on and off campuses in English and French.
?   Fundraise and canvass within the Montreal community both for specific events and the Organization's general fund.
?   Organize events ranging from 20-200 attendees, including budgeting, conceptualizing, and logistics.
?   Market of all events using Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and e-mail.
?   Specific focus on engaging students from France in the Montreal community.
?   Interview candidates for community leadership programs.
