Creative and technical fashion design student, who is fluent in English and Vietnamese, is pursuing a professional growth. Current projects include launching a designer jeans line, facilitating fashion drafting and illustration workshops and writing a pattern making book. I am excellent in developing innovative merchandise, generating brand identity and serving as an efficient team player.

* Manage communication and build relationship between the designer and clients to generate brand identity.
	* Develop collection through research while revising the collection for tops, bottoms and dresses ratio.
	* Supervise the product development stages from drafting the prototype to shipment and store placement.
	* Create and revise specification sheets for each style to check for reduction in production flaws.
	* Initiate a schedule to ensure productions, garments, and shipment processes are met in a timely manner. 
	* Develop markers, handle pattern grading, and order trims and fabrics oversea and in state.  
	* Understand business practices, accounting, contract development and cultural communication.

* Develop syllabi and formulate ways to intertwine participants learning pace and class objective. 
* Instruct students on various designs styles, rendering techniques and presentation layout. 
* Guide students to design for clients through interviews and sketching processes.
* Assist students in identifying trends to develop a palette for next season.
* Demonstrate industry standard in sewing techniques, handling fabric and understanding patterns.
* Explain and show torso measurements and how it relates to patterns, fabrics and trims.
* Organize field trips to fashion shows, fabric stores, manufacturing tours and fashion shoots.

Patternmaking, Illustration and Sewing Instructor

* Construct luggage and outdoor gears while organizing bundle identification for production floor.
* Sew samples to check on ease of sewing, billable hours per piece work and lower production cost. 
* Understand terms and practice of quality goods while adhering to the company production guidelines.
