As a Head of product, I am responsible for creating and defining a clear strategic direction on sourcing new trends and materials to help
create new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Providing strategy for the sourcing, evaluating and qualified suppliers in different origins (Bangladesh, China, Japan, Turkey, Portugal)
• Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external skateholders, such as design, buying and planning
departments to explore and improve sales opportunities.
• Supporting the entire order process from the initial idea, sampling to final production, ensuring agreed lead times helping supply to accomplish delivery of the godos on time.
• Negotiation of commercial agreements with suppliers and clients to produce their collections.
• Attending International fashion fairs (PV, Texworld, ISPO Outdoor Munich)
• Main clients: Tempe, Inditex, Mango, Scalpers, Hoff, Polo Club, Munich.

Head of product & Finished garment department (Outerwear & knitwear)

NAOCO is constantly innovating and producing new and exciting ideas, and we continue to grow our brand. As Co-founder my main
responsibility is the supervision and execution of the entire commercial and product development area.
• Direct negotiation with suppliers (Europe-Asia) on sales conditions, delivery times, prices, payments, sample developments
• Complete development from the beginning of the sales strategy for both our D2C and B2B markets, and seeking alliances for the implementation of the strategy to consolidate the company at the national level
• Leading the growth strategy and business operations for NAOCO across Spain and Portugal
• Maximizing turnover to meet required targets and identify opportunities to improve performance in a bigger scale

• Research of fashion trends, closely monitor the fashion market and provide support for the development of new fabrics according to the trends of the season
• Responsible for the Woven & Pint collection
• key account of Inditex group (Zara Man Zara Basic) Mango, AD, CH, ECI, and other small accounts over the territory
• Adjust the fabric properties such as weight, color, composition, width, price and build and strategy for sales regarding to customer demands
• Attending International fashion fairs (Première Vision, Texworld, Bursa Textile Show, Fashiontext, Shanghai textile expo   ) and stablishing
business relationships with our potential clients

SALES MANAGER SPANISH MARKET

• Responsible for the overall performance of the store with a turnover of 10mll
• Leading, coordinating and motivating a great team of 60 people to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all time making sure the team is approaching and engaging with clients in a efficient manner
• Implementing individual team development plan and follow up
• Coach the team in selling techniques and product knowledge as well as develop, manage and implement promotions in order to drive sales
and develop brand awareness
• Analyze sales figures, KPI'S, customers trends and forecasted future sales in order to manage all controllable cost and drive goals forward.
• Execute merchandising strategies based on sales figures and sell-through reports discussing the floor layout on daily basis with the Visual
team to support store sales growth
• Motivate the team by having a trustworthy relationship to exceed financial as well as KPI's targets, maximize sales performance and contribution to support the success of the business.
• Oversaw annual performance review process and set employee goals based upon the company talent strategy

GENERAL STORE MANAGER

Control sales budget and set daily strategies maximizing turnover to meet required targets and identify opportunities to improve
performance in a bigger scale
• Supporting the General director to manage the recruitment, training and development of the employees
• Communication with the regional and product manager to provide information regarding the product needs, training, development and sales
feedback
• Responsible for supervising schedules, vacations and hires
• Ensure to provide an excellent customer service
• Structuring action plans with the VM team to prepare the floor moves with a previous analysis of the sales performance, stock levels and commercial space

MENSWEAR GENERAL MANAGER

• Responsible for the overall running of the menswear and Ladies departments, implementing all visual activity including Windows and mannequin dressing
• Organizing VM in store visits and follow up in merchandise guidelines, sales performance and Kpi's analysis ensuring visually appealing and brand appropriate store layouts
• Planning and implementing New VM guidelines within the visual departments for New store openings
• New responsibilities: Wholesale & Retail Stores product trainer to enhance product knowledge in accordance with the company guidelines

AREA COMMERCIAL MANAGER

• To implement effective and strong visual merchandise in store in order to maximize store sales target
• To train and coach the team on product knowledge to deliver brand expectations efficiently
• Strong market research in order to improve customer needs
• Seasonal sales and product reports to the country manager reporting customer profile, product (quality-price) customer feedback,
competitors, visual strategies and new season trends
• Seasonal sales preparation (store layout, product quantities, Price-point, commerciality)
• Organize transfers between store to maximize product quantities and correct stock levels
