Marketing Manager 
Alternative Strategies, San Diego, CA    2017 – Present

Lead project management and client relations actions for boutique marketing agency and PR firm; oversee 12 client accounts in the food and beverage and lifestyle space, drive client communications in relation to all marketing initiatives and needs, and spearhead development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns.

Manage creation and updates of marketing materials, including posters, flyers, tickets, social media content, online ads, logos, and menus, developing concepts, coordinate photo and video shoots, and contribute to design websites, menus, and flyers; present iterations and final design to clients for review and approval. 

Facilitate creation of marketing initiatives and materials, work with Design, PR, and Social Media departments to develop project vision and timelines, adhere to established marketing and branding standards, and optimize reach and engagement with target audience. 

Manage team of 6 Graphic Designers, communicate client vision and direction for marketing, track project progress, and provide further assistance and coaching; develop a cohesive and productive department that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Homeowner Services Specialist
Vail Resorts, Breckenridge Homeowner Relations     2015 – 2017

Managed over 120 condominiums for homeowners and vacation rental property owners at the Village at Breckenridge, the most visited ski resort in America; led property upgrade, renovation, and repair projects, directed reservations for visiting guests, processed monthly billing, and managed client services actions.

Oversaw property-wide improvement projects including restructuring of housekeeping and annual deep clean services and purchasing and installing of over 100 deck chairs within individual units; led negotiation of contracts, managed cleaning operations and delivery logistics, and improved cleanliness and attractiveness for units to increase guest satisfaction and total occupancy.

Led property marketing and guest and homeowner communication actions, developed newsletter and related content to showcase special events, property improvements, and market trends; proactively kept over 300 clients updated and informed of all activities while developing close-knit community.

Created Hospitality Professionals Mentor Program aimed at partnering veteran employees with new hires to partner them throughout onboarding and training process, developed and presented new program to management and received approval; deployed property’s first leadership development program leading to improved employee engagement and increased number of promoted and career-tracked personnel.

Won 2017 EPIC Service Award for ensuring safety and security of homeowners and their property during severe weather.
