Account manager for several greater Boston locations including makeup stores like Credo and Follain. Updating accounts on order arrivals, out of stocks and educating employees on the brand.

Presently representing a natural health and wellness brokerage in sales, performing demos, creating events and educating and training retailers. I currently have a territory including 17 Whole Foods Market locations and also several independent natural health stores. My lines include high quality supplements, body and face care products. Sales/Merchandiser/Educator

Working in the Whole Body in one of the highest volume stores in the region. Assist and facilitate customers with supplements/herbs advice, and giving information on our products.  Merchandising POPs, end caps and inner department presentation of products. Execute weekly buying practices to minimize back stock and maximize sales. Perform bi-weekly sales changeover. Establish relationships with vendors in relation to current orders, credits, and ensuring that exceptional product knowledge is being relayed to fellow team members. I am presently a WB Team Trainer. I conduct various exercises on topics generated from a regional level as well as personally creating small inner department trainings on various products Whole Body carries. As Green Mission Captain, my job is to implement and support proper recycling with in our entire store. Conducting recycling audits within various departments and encouraging new recycling programs to generate excitement about waste management for customers 

Bodycare/supplements buyer/Team trainer

Worked as head pizziola in sustainable kitchen in Brooklyn NY. Did daily prep, prepared our staffs monthly schedule and was in charge of closing the kitchen nightly. Accommodated large parties, and weddings with fast food, clean service and great atmosphere.

Managed and analyzed orders from over 100 surf retail stores using the Point of Sales system. Coordinated clothing/accessories for each trade show season. Addressed telephone and fax questions, complaints from customers
