Created and maintained the Red Wing Waterpark Facebook page.
Ensured safety of about 30,000 attendees per season (trained in CPR, First Aid, & Life Saving Skills).
Provided swimming lessons in a secure manner for about 160 students per year age 4 and up.

Lifeguard

Assisted consumers and dealers with orders, warranty inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding Red Wing Shoes, including the Irish Setter, Vasque, and Heritage lines.
Completed paperwork and entered data for online sales and returns. 
Alerted Red Wing Shoe team of customer concerns and brainstormed opportunities for improvement.
