•	Identify products development, supply production difficulties and deal with 
problem or delays as they arise. 
•	Use production specialist to come up with solid recommendations especially on production material and quality control.
•	Coordination with users, oversee design process, sourcing, quotation, production, quality control and delivery.
•    Coordinated with production, logistic and quality assurance departments to arrange on 
      time shipment as per customers’ requirements.
•	Managed product development time and action calendars, ensure project plan was implemented promptly and effectively in accordance with the objectives set by the company.
•	Followed up with production on delivery and status of all orders, communicate relative delivery changes to internal department.

•	Assisted Manager on additions of new programs, including finalizing spec details, deliveries and any special needs as required by manager and designer.
•	Other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Director.

Senior Merchandiser

• Assisting the Manager with required tasks.
            • Compiling the agenda for meeting and taking minutes            
• Arranging daily appointments and a travel calendar when required..

• Handling and providing a full range of secretarial and personal assistance duties/ assignment

Secretary to Service Manager

• Preparing official quotation of product items for sales and walk-in customers

  	• Issue sales invoice, prepare payment request and related administrative document
   to accounting department.
