Patrice Benson: Director of Production in Carson, CA

Manage the Production staff which includes: Import Coordinator, Fabric Buyer, Trim Buyer, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Production Pattern Maker, Receiving Supervisor and Print Shop Manager Manage and plan the entire production process by overseeing the Domestic Production WIP Work with Import Vendors on T & A Calendars to ensure on time delivery for product Ensure that all orders are on time and find resolution on any issues that arise during the production process Cost Negotiations with Domestic and International vendors. Work with Product Development & Technical teams to ensure lab dips and final fits are achieved Develop policies and procedures for internal and external communication Rectify any invoice discrepancies, returns, credits, and issue vendor charge backs with the Accounting Department Ensure that all vendors are following the policies and procedures out lined in the Chaser Brand Compliance Manual Hire and recruit staff, ensure that employees are well trained on company policies and procedures
