• Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 18+ years Sales, Management, Promotions and Event experience. Motorcycle industry, motorsports, bicycle (BMX experience)
• Proven solution sales experience in identifying market needs, developing sales relationships, penetrating accounts, and driving the sales process within a relationship-driven reseller-assisted selling environment as well as a proven track record in over-achieving quarterly and annual channel sales targets.
• Ability to multi-task numerous sales projects simultaneously while ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Demonstrated initiative, implementing territory management plans and at the same time, closely involved in the overall business and customer relationships.
• Outstanding leadership ability with a demonstrated competency of managing partner relationships through times of growth, change and ambiguity
• Prospecting for New Dealers Across North America /Lead generation
• Customer follow –up and call and prospect new dealers (60) phone calls per day
• Opportunity management and conversion
• Provide dealers, customers and prospects with exceptional service
Responsible for setting all credit limits on all New Net account: Contacting trade references, Banks and obtaining all trade and credit information on new dealers.
Managing Inside Sales department: setting goals, updating customer accounts, implementing sales contests, accounts receivable, cold calling, prospecting and setting up new dealers, to include credit processing, building opening orders.
RMA processing, obtaining RMA numbers, emailing to dealer, repairing all repairable helmets, Bluetooth , if non-repairable sending out replacement item under warranty or customer good-will.
Assist in Sponsored rider selections for Moto GP, Super Cross and BMX. Responsible for writing the rider contract for sponsored riders, press releases, and events and promotions.
