• Provide front line support of procurement activities for outsourced services on commercial supply
chain teams
• Support end-to-end processes for indirect procurement, from identifying and onboarding suppliers, to monitoring deliverables and resolving invoicing issues, and everything in between
• Manage standard operating procedures, statements of work, master service agreements, and supply chain contracts
• Regularly present to internal stakeholders and supply chain leadership on the status and any issues affecting supply chain engagements
• Collaborate and communicate with suppliers, legal teams, program management, engineering, business operations, and internal stakeholders to understand business area needs, perform market research, and assist in the execution of the procurement strategy
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support their implementation to drive supply chain improvements

Sr. Procurement Specialist (Indirect Services)

• Review and enter purchase requisitions for production and non-production items into ERP system
• Obtain the best pricing, delivery, service, and quality
• Monitor delivery statuses and expedite purchase orders as necessary
• Maintain the accuracy of all MRO Purchasing Orders in AS400 system
• Review and manage existing suppliers' performance to meet company standards
• Monitor on-time delivery, cost savings, lead-time reduction and quality levels
• Research and investigate cost reduction opportunities for assigned projects
• Identify and qualify new sources of supply for existing components and subassemblies
• Visit existing and potential suppliers at their facilities to develop working relationships and access capabilities
• Negotiate contracts with assigned suppliers, monitor, and manage suppliers' performance
• Review and publish monthly purchasing activity and financial reports for assigned suppliers

Commodity Procurement Specialist

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from conceptual development through final construction on a timely and economical basis
• Execute the organization, scheduling, and implementation of projects
• Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods and the most cost-effective plan and schedule
• Coordinate and manage people, materials, equipment, budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; and the quality of construction, worker productivity, and safety
