Led teams responsible for store visual presentation for In-Aisle strategy ($1.8B sales/annually) and Home product divisions ($3.6B sales/annually). Customer focused initiatives ranged from product vendor display negotiation and implementation to total chain department reflows with capital and expense budgets ranging from $10k to $15M.
• Planned all aspects of projects, influencing senior leaders to align on objectives.
• Spearheaded communication between teams to develop creative solutions and optimize execution.
• Developed team of 18 executive level associates. Led cross functional individual development planning sessions and was mentor to many growth driven associates.

Held various management roles from In-Aisle strategy, Housewares Visual Merchandising and Building operations for Visual Presentation Studio.
• Merchandising and strategic experience includes key product vendor store experience development.
• Key brand partners include Adidas, Apple, Fitbit, Dyson, Keurig, KitchenAid and many others.
2015 Chairman’s Award winner. Developed and executed strategy to introduce large scale changes to Home department within a total chain rollout.

Introduced 3D modeling to store presentation planning. Drove efficiency in reducing number of live product sets, broadened design development across division.
