Started off in Retail Sales from there moved into Real Estate Sales and Construction Management. Built/ Sold Hotel and Construction company in Latin America. Then moved to Palo Alto to pursue Social Technology and AI ( Software and iOS ). 
I worked with 2 startups launching 5 apps into iOS for Apple. Executive Project Management in both Development and Business.

Developed idea with Founder Devin Sewell ( www.devinsewell.com ). Executive Project Management in both Development and Business. Tasks included  Business Development, Raising Capital, Beta Testing, UI/ UX Design, Account Management and Marketing .

Managed Development from start with branding, logo design, software architecture, UI/ UX Science, APPLE developers. Finished project on time  ( 10 months ) . Submitted to Apple iOS store. Got app accepted within 15 days. Submitted to Facebook for Startup program 2016 and got accepted in two days. Worked with team for Salesforce Million dollar Hackathon 2015 . We received 7th place of 200 teams worldwide in San Francisco.

Day to day operations. Managed and trained employees in merchandising, sales techniques, customer service, packing, shipping, and receiving.  Attended all trade shows researching new brands and dropping old ones based on year to date sales for Men, Women, Swimwear and Accessories. Managed Online store shooting products, uploading ,  packing, shipping, customer service and running photos through social media outlets including Facebook/ Instagram. 

Managed and built surf team scouting local talent and putting them together with brands we sold in the store to create a consistent marketing and demand to increase sales in store and online.

Manager ( Store, E-Commerce , Buying and Social Media )

Built and launched  the following mobile applications into the iOS store for MARS INC : KEOIS , PLAEDIO , SPACEJUMP and social e-commerce platform YETEES.IO.
Worked with team developing software architecture, user interface- design, user experience. Directed Beta 1.0 and 2.0 to prepare for launch into APPLE iOS .

Worked  directly with clients and Architects developing properties as International investments. Bought materials bi weekly, oversaw construction crews, permits, designs and accounts.

Raised $700K and supervised construction of the beach resort in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Managed hotel operations and drove value in 5 yrs to sell the hotel to a foreign investment firm.
