Project Management

I earned my Bachelor degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications in May 2011.  Since then, I have been employed in sales, marketing and project/product management roles gaining expertise in market research, identification of niche markets, use of on-line/search optimization, social media marketing, event and conference planning, product branding, competitor analysis, and client presentations. I have gained knowledge in the development and design of client marketing materials as well as being qualified in undertaking trade/consumer campaigns.

      In each of these roles, I consistently satisfied and exceeded goals and was selected to spearhead a new start-up territory.  I attribute my success to an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to identify target audiences, excellent marketing and communication skills with strong relationship management proficiency.   In addition, I focus on solutions and consultative selling to add value to clients while also building customer-focused partnerships.  I have shown my employers improved product marketability and profitability while meeting sales financial objectives through development and implementation of marketing/sales plans.

• Formulates, executes, and maintains product line strategies including life cycle management, growth focused NPD roadmap development, margin expansion, pricing strategy, and overall portfolio commercialization.
• Utilizes the 4-P’s of Marketing (Price, Product, Promotion, & Place) in the execution of the defined product line strategy.
• Leads cross functional teams, establishes key performance indicators (KPI’s), and collaborates with various departments to ensure product life cycle management of the business line is maintained and effectively managed.
• Performs competitive benchmarking and market share/trend analysis.
• Develops market insight through the voice of customer research, customer unmet needs, continuous evaluation of market and technology trends to drive product innovation.
• Develops customer relationships with the knowledge they will participate in market research and provide feedback on early prototypes.
• Oversees the New Product Development experience from VOC to concept and through product launch.
• Drives 80/20 complexity reduction across the product lines including product rationalization.
• Drives margin expansion for the Product Line by working with Operations and/or Supply Chain to drive cost reductions (PPV), Engineering to drive VA\VE projects, and finally with Commercial on pricing.
• Works with Engineering to identify root causes to product issues and resolve customer problems.

Global Product Manager

*       Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth and profitability expectations
* 	Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development life cycle
* 	Develop and implement product management processes and frameworks to streamline product development and improve efficiency
* 	Identify and implement product management tools and systems to enhance team collaboration, project tracking, and reporting
* 	Work closely with engineering and IT teams to integrate product management systems with existing infrastructure and ensure seamless data flow
* 	Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Senior Product Manager

*      Develop and maintain a 3-year product line marketing plan which includes a market overview, trends, market size, technology evolution. SWOT analysis, customer & competitor market share, key metrics, key initiatives
*	Identify and develop new product opportunities
*	Assist with product lifecycle management
*	Work closely with corporate engineering to communicate product requirements/market needs
*	Support the customer by responding to all product inquiries
*	Assist the marketing team on product literature, advertising, sales training and support materials
*	Contribute to new business development efforts, including new category and new channel assessment
*	Responsible for acquiring, updating and comparison of competitive performance/landscape (pricing, features, applications and innovation)

Product Manager

*      Manage the design and media team as well as oversee all social media accounts
*	Accomplish business development activities by researching, developing and implementing marketing opportunities/sales plans
*	Develop a customer-focused partnerships with after-market dealers demonstrating our ability to drive their business revenues
*	Meet marketing and sales financial objectives through forecasting requirements, preparation of monthly and annual budgets, scheduling events, and initiating corrective actions
*	Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and product development

Marketing Manager

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to assure on-time delivery of new products within pre-determined cost targets.
* Orchestrate the entire product life-cycle team (R&D, Testing, Marketing, Production, Sourcing & Logistics) to get the products to market
* Maintain and update all databases, accounting records, and on-line tools related to the development of select products under development.
* Coordinate with affiliates and suppliers in USA and Internationally.
* Participate in R&D and production meetings to update team on project status.
* Coordinate the purchase, shipment, and cataloging of product samples as needed.
* Assist in the search, scheduling, and coordination of test fit vehicles and donors.
