• Designed and manufactured fixtures of various materials to aid in force analysis tests on automotive SNAP devices. • Designed and manufactured a prototype unit to help with cleanliness of assembly line. Finals parts were ordered and applied after testing. • Created several drawings with the use of Solid Works CAD design. • Designed and manufactured Plexiglas plate to count conjugate bottles efficiently, resulting in quicker production of SNAP kits. • Manufactured parts in tool shop using vertical mills, lathes, grinders and other related hand tools. • Assisted in other various projects including: Drawing electrical schematics, part installations, assembly line time lapse photography, AutoCAD and Solid Works drawings. • Formed a 10 minute power point presentation that informed IDEXX employees on assigned summer projects
