Started up a new snowboard brand in Sept '16 with a focus on giving back to underserved communities and populations. Responsible for all creative direction of the company from logo design to softgoods and hardgoods graphics. Social media director. Coordinates company efforts to meet deadlines for product roll outs and events. Creates and executes the branding and marketing strategies for the brand. Coordinates company marketing events at ski hills around Michigan

Grew the readership of the brand by 10% by networking with key players in the Colorado snowboard industry. Assists with event planning and sponsorship of events with new and existing partners. Produced all forms of digital media from concept to completion for independent snowboarding website with a readership of approximately 70k. Regularly promote the brand on personal social media channels and facilitate further brand growth through direct marketing techniques.

Successfully managed the oversight various contracts worth over 50k concurrently. Worked to improve company reputation in the Denver market by building positive working relationships with our clients. Work experience largely focused on construction oversight, phase I & II ESA writing, building inspections, soil and ground water sampling.

Worked at the REI Denver Flagship store. Learned about product flow, visual marketing, branding, and team management. Worked in both Hardgoods and Softgoods during my tenure, and even helped wrench/repair in the ski shop as well. Developed a great working relationship with the store's management team, and garnered a reputation as a dependable, hard worker.

Assistant operations manager for restaurant and cafe. Increased new business by 5% through the use of social media and direct marketing. Developed a re-branding strategy to increase sales by 8%
