• Unified cross-functional team workflow by developing corporate calendars from design development through finished goods receipt.

Operations/Production Consultant

• Oversaw operations of 125-person company, driving cost savings and process improvements; oversee Facilities, IT, Security, Customer Service, and Maintenance.
• Reported directly to CEO and served as a key member of executive team collaborating on strategic planning and decision making. Managed budgets and cost controls.
• Led 15 team members; previously 66 employees prior to outsourcing of warehouse operations.

• Decreased raw material inventory by 17% and finished goods inventory by 14% over 8-month period by developing an effective inventory management plan.
