Managed and motivated staff of 20 employees. Main achievements: • Re-Structured entire commercial Go-To-Market strategy, replacing poorly performing European distributors with direct-to-dealer approach via owned and agent-orientated sales model. Delivered +65% growth vs. 2013, while generating greater margin % and £, to fund new market penetration and distribution diversity. • Validated highly successful sales channel outside of traditional bicycle distribution, delivering excellent sell-out metrics, while securing “proof-of-concept” scalable platform. Premium VIP channel tested and proven. • Re-Launched Gocycle’s marketing model, replacing literally every touch-point to consumer / dealer, investing £300K+ over 2013-2014, delivering in-country PR resources, and marketing agency output (int’l photo shoot / video shoot, new website, print collateral, trade show exhibition, distributor tools, etc.) • Changed out entire finance and operations department, hiring new Financial Director / CFO and related staff. • Raised new investment funds from current investors, to scale to self-sustaining position in 2014 and 2015
