Manage Key accounts: Zappos ($35.6 million wholesale revenue in 2018), Roadrunner wholesale, Shoebuy.com, ASICS Outlets, Flagships and E-commerce. Work hand in hand with the sales representatives and account’s buyers to maintain a fluent workflow Communicate efficiently with all parties to ensure any situation gets solved in a timely manner and provide thorough follow up Coordinate products stock and inventory in order to process orders within deadlines Process EDI orders and contracts and resolve any issue related to pricing, product release dates, inventory availability Run and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports to keep track of accounts activity Provide tailored customer service to each accounts to best represent ASICS brand Stay up to date with ASICS products as well as new and upcoming releases to anticipate accounts and customers future needs Manage current inventory and select relevant styles for seeding orders and photoshoot Support ASICS DTC and merchandising team with sample orders for website updates and samples photoshoot

Work closely with the PR and communications team to forecast product needs for upcoming events. Ensure all orders for events are being processed and delivered by deadline Assist with choosing relevant styles for seeding and influencers orders
