• Worked with Retailers in the Southeast region, while also managing B2B retailers to help grow
the Converse Brand with these retailers.
• Oversaw a diverse range of account-types from Key Accounts, Digital and Independents.
• Worked with Nike / Converse In-House Accounts & with Nike‘s Easykicks membership program.
• Managed a $3.4M region, the Southeast Region covering 60 accounts and the B2B account base
consisting of 240 accounts.
• Worked directly with buyers on a daily basis and 4 times a year at the seasonal selling meetings. This required traveling to the retailer offices and store locations.
• Made 15-20 calls a day with follow up e-mails to retailers while following up on sell thru information and reorders / at once business.
• Targeted each month to open 10 new accounts that supported the brand.
• Expanded and improved the digital footprints with accounts by creating updated brand landing
pages on the account’s websites, expanding assortments online and supporting social media
posts.


Account Executive - Southeast & B2B 

• Converse Brand Ambassador
• Collaborated with buyers/retail store owners in the East region to help grow the Converse brand.
• Targeted to open 15 new accounts each month that supported the brand.
• Made 20 calls a day with follow up e-mails daily, attended and worked Trade shows 4 times a
year with Face to Face meetings with the various retailers.
• Covered both East & West inside sales regions – 500 accounts $10M business during the
following time frames 6/13-9/13, 5/14-8/14, 8/15-12/15

Account Executive - East & West Insides Sales 

• Represented the Converse Brand
• Worked with Key Retailers in the New England area to help grow the Converse Brand with these
retailers.

• Worked with Team Dealers in the Northeast area, selling in the Basketball & Cheerleading Business.
• Each season created business & product plans.
• Continued to gain the strong working knowledge of the industry and trends in the marketplace,
• Managed travel & marketing expense to budget.


Account Executive - Northeast 

• Worked with / assisted 2 Converse Sales Reps
• Manage all aspects of customer service for key retail accounts – Finish Line, Eastbay, Sporting
goods Channel and in-house accounts: Converse.com & Converse ID
• Assisted Sales and Buyers with determining immediate and future booking opportunities.


National Account Service Representative 

• Ensured that retail accounts and consumers are serviced at the highest possible level of service
• Worked/assisted 3 Converse Sales Reps: Florida, Midwest and in-house accounts @ Nike and Converse.
• Monitored all activity related to customer orders, vendor compliance info and to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.


Regional Account Service Representative 

• Ensured that Customers were serviced at the highest possible level of customer service
• Managed the Footwear Visual Merchandising and worked with the Visual team on monthly floor resets & product launches.
• Worked the following Nike Events: Local Community/ Charities, Boston Marathons, NFL, MLS, NBA, MLB, NHL & NCCA.
