Description
-	Administration of three channels domestically, mass consumer, mobility, and business-to-business in the absence of the sales manager
-	Execution of collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) calls with all of mass channel accounts comprising over 10 accounts to acquire better sell through and establish customer relationship
-	Assessment of the entire domestic’s over and under consumption to provide insight and prevent reoccurrence in the future in collaboration with supply chain
-	Optimization of allocation process and standard operating procedure for all domestic accounts
-	Development of a comprehensive sell-through tracking document for distribution to all directors and chief officers
-	Negotiation of all shipping compliance by coordinating with GSX, Kmart, and Sears vendor portal to set-up all SKUs and contract
-	Introduction of three accounts (Sears, Kmart, and Kohl) comprised of 10% of the total business in 2015 and enhancement of YOY of over 40% 

Senior Sales Operations Analyst

- Manage 100 + bill to's (Big Box CE accounts to Independents)
- Transition accounts from distributor to direct accounts
- Define pricing and product assortment for each account
- Transition accounts from distributor of 7 years to direct. Setting up and negotiating the most profitable signed contracts in Skullcandy. This includes pricing structures, MDF, Coop, Trailing Credits and Volume rebates. Also insuring payment terms are the earliest in Skullcandy’s history
- Domestic sales project representative for the implementation team of a sales order entry portal, Hubsoft. Exploring and documenting administrative processes and vetted the systems order entry functionality. Work closely with developers to clean up the ease of entry and operations of the software.
-- Manage relationship with our warehouse to ensure that all shipments meet rigorous compliance standards for all Canadian accounts

Sales Operations Specialist: Canada

•	Created training and work flow documentation, facilitated all training efforts and monitored performance metrics for Skullcandy’s eBay customer service outsourcing partner. 
•	Performed daily stock assessments for the eBay Skullcandy store to determine potential stock outs and where applicable contact customer, resolve issue and resolve order in SAP.  Trained replacement in stock assessment process. 
•	Project manager for a Return-to-Sender process overhaul to improve and quantify customer service levels.  The improved process incorporated an archived data structure to store all customer returns information allowing for data mining and reporting.  Ultimately this process was utilized for Skullcandy Gaming warranty. 
•	Domestic sales project representative for the implementation team of a sales order entry portal, Hubsoft.  Explored and documented administrative processes and vetted the systems order entry functionality. 
•	Point of contact for a shift from a customer specific pricing model to a standard pricing model.  Aggregated all current domestic price lists, developed a standard price and produced customer discount lists.  The standard price model was incorporated into customer profitability reporting
