custom dust caps.
Assisted Manufacturing Dept. in the layout and construction of Lean Production floor.

Drafter/Designer

Assisted in release of a new antenna system by providing industrial design input, detailed assembly and billof-
material documentation.
Assisted company in its transition from using AutoCAD to using Solidworks CAD software. Developed
company Solidworks design standards and formats.
Designed membrane switches and touch screen display panel.

Adopted wheelchair joystick controller project already in progress and followed it through to release.
Participated in design of wave solder fixtures.

Mechanical Designer

Successfully redesigned existing retina camera to improve reliability, manufacturability and aesthetics.
Assisted in the redesign of optics carrier and focus mechanism.
Participated in new product development.
Performed lens piece assembly requiring delicate, clean and precise assembly aptitude under a microscope.
Developed lens assembly and procedure documentation. Constructed over 90 lens piece assemblies that
retailed for approximately $3000 each.

Successfully designed and released into production a visual tracking display for a farm tractor mounted GPS
system. Incorporated electronics criteria, preferred materials and waterproofing compliance.
Successfully designed and constructed modular test fixtures for temperature cycle testing chamber.
