Director of Communications -
o Develop and execute all communications including the education and advocacy of our mission, programs, and services; fundraising campaigns; event marketing, advertising and registration;
audience development; media relations.
o Brand creation and development including publications, websites, promotionals, press releases, presentations, and speech writing.
o Creation, distribution, and maintenance of all print, digital, and social media content.
•   Director of Database Operations -
o Maintaining the structure and integrity of the database and improving usage and functionality.
o Responsible for database management including data collection, data entry, analysis, and reporting.
•   Strategic Planning -
o Plan, make recommendations, and collaborate with staff, board, and stakeholders to develop and execute organizational goals and strategy.
•   Program Coordination -
o Assisting with programs and services execution; photography; education and advocacy.
•   Volunteer and Intern Management -
o Responsible for recruitment, orientation, management, tracking, reporting, and recognition.
•   Fundraising -
o Grant research, writing and reporting.
o Training stakeholders how to peer to peer fundraise and procure auction items.

• Sales - Developing and managing 15-20 clients per week. Routinely achieved weekly and monthly quotas.
• Hiring & Training - Assisting in job posting, hiring, mentoring and training.

o Active fundraising, including securing sponsorships and exhibitors.
•   Partnership and Volunteer Coordination -
o Manage and supervise volunteers and interns.

o State and legislative coordination to ensure local and statewide initiatives are working together.

o Processing and verifying grant applications, generating contracts and reports.
