Global Multi-Channel Supply Chain and Logistics Executive
•	25+ years global logistics and supply chain experience in 90 countries EMEA, Asia & North America 
•	Extensive experiences in FMCG, Retail, eCommerce and Omnichannel 
•	Expertise managing large budgets greater than € 100 m and CapEx greater than € 20 m per year
•	Develops and executes strategic Road Maps with supply chain, IT and Finance  
•	Double experience as an Operations Leader and Management Consultant
•	Strategic and hands-on leader, developing collaborative teams cross-functionally end-to-end 


Mission: Drive Logistics/Supply Chain internationally supporting growth, continuous improvement, and EBITDA   	
•	Member of Operations Leadership Team accountable for global logistics, supply chain & eCommerce  
•	Accountable for P&L of € 130m in international Logistics expenses and € 240m in global inventory 
•	Accountable for Group global demand, supply, capacity and inventory management including S&OP
•	Negotiates and manages land/ocean/parcel Transportation, 20 DCs, 3PLs, and 2m pallets shipped/yr
?	Optimized inventory 20%, reduced logistics costs € 6m and improved OTIF, with results-oriented team 
?	Leads European Land Freight and Global Ocean Freight negotiations (40k TEUs) savings > € 2m/year 
?	Develops and drives global supply chain strategy and talent organization, including monthly KPIs
