Goals and duties :
- Launch and manage Factory Outlet stores (Troyes, Roubaix)
- Launch and manage the Flagship and first brand store for Salomon in the world (Lyon)
- Deal with all the vendors companies before the openings to have the stores ready and in good conditions for the grand opening and the security survey
- Hire, train and coach sales teams and stores leaders
- Create and implement support and process for POS system, communication in stores, visual merchandising, deliveries
- Choose and order the right products for the right shop in the complete range offered by Salomon to the customer
- Advise and support the company when opening new shops abroad (mature and emergent market)
* Results :
- The job done in the first 2 stores (Lyon and Troyes) was used as an example to develop the retail in more than 10 countries. The brand Salomon own more than 50 shops all around the world today and its stores serve as a model to develop other brands of the Amer Sports Group.

* Goals and duties :
- Launch of a new concept shop as a factory outlet (1000 sqm), (Adidas performance and Original collection). The range was from the basic T-shirt to the high end Yoji Yamamoto collection.
- Hire, coach and train sales team
- Organise and lead inventories
- Ensure that the Store meets or overpasses the Adidas requirements in all the standards (POS admin, loss prevention, visual merchandising,..)
- Advice and support as a member of the support team for the retail development across Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary)
* Results :
- The stores reached all the goals and requirements given by the company
- As a member of the support team, I participated in the opening of more than 6 shops across Europe for Adidas Performance, Adidas Original and factory outlet
- The POS process created in Aubonne was used in all Adidas Stores in Europe.
