Senior Technical designer, pattern maker using Gerber technology

POSITION: Technical Designer / Pattern maker Missy Denim Christopher Blue and Worn Women’s and Men’s: Knits, Sweaters, tailored Jackets, and bottoms. Denim specialized. Interpret design direction and create initial and final specifications package.
Receive soft patterns through emails, adjust pattern to variety of body shapes according to spec request on received patterns, advice Designer on specs for desired designs, issue approvals and production specs. Travel to China to work with factories, pattern makers and sewers on improving construction and better understand concepts. Communicate with agents on trouble shooting issues and final approvals using PDF attachments. Fully supply completed tech pack for factory submission with specs, construction details and AI design sketches.
