Managing day to day operations and long term projects. handling shift scheduling, payroll hours, sales and store performance reports, keeping an updated store inventory. Counting money at night and making sure the books are balanced end of day, finding problems that lead to unbalanced books. Keeping the team motivated and focused on accomplishing short term and long term goals. Increasing sales/loans and customer traffic through a variety of promotional strategies by helping develop effective marketing that would be relevant to the clients. Conflict management in a calm, non-bias and logical manner. Acquiring a wide knowledge in a variety of subjects and the ability to conduct research and gather information using several data-bases and search engines.  Process collateral loans for customers. Cashing checks. Collecting information for loans and check cashing such as a valid form of photo ID (Drivers License, Passport), mailing addresses and phone numbers. Making sure the forms are filled out correct and have the customer read, sign, and fingerprint the document. Secure store property at night before closing, Internet sales of the inventory (ebay, buya, offerup, craigslist). Operation and troubleshooting all technical problems that occur with software and hardware. 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday. $20 an Hour

Customer Service, Operate and clean 30 Christie 35mm film movie projectors, keeping a tight schedule in starting and ending films. Build up film movies. Use of point of sale system. Checking tickets before entering, Crowd control by setting up lines and directing where to go, give warning or eject people that are braking company policy. Sell food, Clean theaters. 32 hours a week, nights and weekends. $6.75 an hour.

Crew Member- Projection Specialist

Customer Service, Cooking food to the correct specification, Taking food orders and making sure they are correct. Bus tables, Clean, Operate cash register by counting the money and logging the amount in it, Work the game-room. 32 hours a week, nights and weekends. $6.75 an hour
