My responsibilities for this role as below: ? Set quality standards and guidelines and establish governance to ensure that products meet quality, measurement, fit, make, aesthetic, safety and legal requirements ? Analyse failed final inspection reports by exception and decide if shipment can be released ? Resolve issues related to product quality on time so there is minimum impact to the critical path ? Deliver critical business projects on time ? Own the induction, coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear measure, development plans and support mechanisms to establish succession plans and talent pipelines ? Deliver technical and quality induction to suppliers to train them on quality and technical requirements ? Train new joiners across different functions on technical and quality standards and processes ? Drive continuous improvement programs across teams and processes to enhance productivity, performance and product quality.

In this role, my responsibilities mainly include ? -Implement the Company quality Assurance Workmanship Standard to cover all in-process inspection, pre-final, final inspection, component inspection. Ensure production meets the CFM sample. ? Execute the overall QA strategy to ensure that production meets the standards and customer's expectation ? Develop Direct footwear sourcing expertise in the region and communicate to HQ. ? To deliver product and technical quality standards that are appropriate to deliver customer value, product safety and support the commercial aims of the business ? To maintain current knowledge on supply base and industry development to deliver product technical innovation that sets company apart from its competitors ? To provide expertise for the buyers on product construction, component/Material innovation and technical capability of suppliers to deliver the products required ? To check manufactures process controls are appropriate to deliver consistent quality product. ? To build knowledge of industry best practices and assist new suppliers in setting up QC procedures / best practices to ensure consistent component quality.

In this role, my main responsibilities include: -Follow up the proto sample order enquiry -Forwarding tech pack, including the product style design, measurements, materials, putting the correct situations for each style code on PLM including each single style accessories details, etc. -Product development -Approval of the developed sample -costing the Raw materials and trims and accessories, or finishing, bank charges, miscellaneous cost like rejection cost, wastage, etc. -orders placement and raw materials and trims ordering -lap test including send the samples to the buyer for color analysis and the lab test approval is the critical process, this process will be continued till the shades get approved from the buyer. -Fit sample and pre-production samples -Size set samples -Pre-production meeting (PPM), here the merchants will discuss with the production heads on how the production can be scheduled and done within the required time .So this meeting is important and inevitable. -Forwarding of production file to production planning and control -Checking the availability of pattern and last PP. -Checking the customers samples comments of the new season new style, also the status of raw materials in-house and patterns with the relative manager. -Grading and final cross check for cooperated footwear suppliers. -Loading in line and dispatch -Lead the team and have a good cooperate with all suppliers for different areas
