• Spearheaded the development operations, monitoring plant layout, Capacity/cost Optimization, cellular assembly lines (one piece flow) & implementing SOPs. • Vividly supervised the complete Production orders as per manufacturing plan, technical specifications, procurement, capability/capacity assessments & scheduling. • Spearheaded Factory Set-up & technology transfer from parent plant Germany to India for the Green Field Project and New Team Building for manufacturing & Logistics. • Adeptly led capex Planning, procurement of machines and equipment in-line with German specifications.
