Lead client onboarding / initial strategy calls. Drive client communication and foster client partnership. Manage an average queue of 15+ active client accounts. Meet all monthly production goals. Design websites that satisfy clients' goals, & are functional, aesthetic, and modern. Manage projects through consistent client communication and establishing key project milestones, ensuring each project launches on time / on budget. Contribute to team by developing new policies to streamline work efficiency and updating team resources as needed.
