•          Responsible for bank reconciliation, product and material purchasing, and financial records.

•          Currently attend local events, brand promotion, set up vendor booths, and independently sell products on behalf of the brand.

•	Responsible for Help Desk support tickets and incidents submitted by our wide number of clients.
•	Worked on various projects with my team, and helped conduct daily meetings.
•       Lead and assisted team on product roll outs, training materials, and customer satisfaction expectation training.
•       Traveled nationally to different hotel sites to train and monitor employees on navigating and using our products for effective use within their teams and for their customers' overall satisfaction.
•       Trained new employees on customer service Help Desk and incident reports.
•       Worked closely with hotel managers on "special projects" for fluidity within our system and effective workflow.

•	I had to attain monthly sales, responsible for grossing the company over $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue, and exceeding minimum goal to receive bigger compensation.
•	Provide 100% customer experience to each person that walks through the AT&T doors.
•	Responsible for managerial shifts and duties along side the store manager to better our sales team. 
•	Coach, train, and share my knowledge on how to sale, position, and overcome sales objections.
