I have been a passionate surfer for 22 years.

I also kite surf and scuba dive. no matter the weather conditions i can be in the sea. if there are waves i surf

If its windy i kite and if its flat i dive.  traveling is also a keen interest of mine!

I would describe myself as a high energy, positive, great with people hard working person. Watersports are
my life and working in the sales and operations team in the action sports industry is my goal. For almost 2
years I have been working in an international sales operations position tracking orders, logistics and doing
sales reports etc. Working 12 years prior to this in retail also gives me a unique mindset on what it like to be
on the retailer end, understanding what is needed and wanted from the brands you stock.

Placing orders, warranty claims, returns and customer service via phone and email.

Knowledge and experience with SAP ordering system.

Client Support Rep

Duties/Description
Managing and training the staff, maintaining a showroom standard, customer relations, warranties,
processing stock and cash handling. Help our professional athletes in the store.

Store Manager

Duties/Description:
I started working for Peter Wright and Tess Moore at The Corner Surf Shop in Muizenberg when I was 17 as
a sales assistant. After 4 years I became the store manager. Myself and the owner did the buying from the various surf brands we carried. My responsibilities included managing the staff and their training, customer
services, warranties, emails, ordering, researching new products, maintaining stock levels, cash handling,
store presentation and sales.
