• Regularly worked with internal and external customers to provide creative solutions. Led and managed the design and art direction of print collateral, invitations, publications, newsletters, web and social media content graphics, logos, direct mail, print advertising, POP, basic web graphics, and promotional materials from conception to final production. These assets were used in communication to Southwest’s nearly 47,000 Employees, on the company’s external blog, Southwest’s social media channels, and Southwest The Magazine (formerly Spirit Magazine). • Currently the Creative Editor for LUVLines, Southwest’s companywide Employee publication. Responsibilities include managing all editorial creative and prepping publication for prepress. • Served as art director for photo shoots to support company initiatives such as: Southwest’s annual CEO business update, Message to the Field; Southwest Airlines’ store, the Freedom Shop; and the company’s Employee recognition program, SWAG.

• Worked collaboratively in a group of three to design and produce advertisements, billboards, TV spots, and identity collateral.

• Worked closely with Design Editor to create column illustrations and weekly cartoons.

• Assisted fellow designers with photo retouching, catalog layout, and digital illustration.
