? Through overseas vendor negotiation and strategic collection building, achieved 80.85% average markup across 198 styles, resulting in a 54% reduction in initial costs from 2017. 
? Designed and Managed Girls’ Infant–size 16 private labels. In 2017 Children’s program unit sales were up 130K seeing an increase in overall dollars by about $345K. 
? Designed private label Activewear line. Negotiated 34% cost savings with an average 8% cost savings from domestic buys. Programs were planned at 400K units.
? Collaborate with Boys’ Designer to ensure cohesiveness in process and collections. Manage team of Assistant Designers to encourage best practices, growth and development within the company.

Apparel Designer & Developer

? Designed and managed Juniors Private label. In 2016 this line achieved an average mark-up of 80%, with 900K units sold based on 80 styles designed. Total of $5.8M in sales, up from 2.6M in 2014. 
? Assisted Senior Designer with Women’s Casual, Dressy, and Plus lines. In 2016 these lines sold 6.1M units based on an average of 300 styles designed annually. Total of $75.8M in sales, up from 61.4M in 2015.
? Implemented Athleisure line for Women’s Plus. Negotiated costing to achieve 80% markup for 45K unit program.
