I'm a savvy and driven individual.  I've recently received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in management and a minor in communication.  I am eager to get involved in anything new, challenging, and exciting that comes my way.  I don't always think in the most traditional and standardize sense; I'm more apt to make my own path and create new methods and solutions.  I sometimes tend to ask for forgiveness rather than permission, but it proves to be effective in creating change, results, and positive outcomes.  I want to make a positive difference in whatever I do.  I have great leadership abilities, communication and public speaking skills, and I fully understand how to work with in a team.  I am very driven and have a strong work ethic which I apply in every aspect of my life.

As a Customer Care Representative it is my responsibility to strive to increase member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members and providers.
Job responsibilities and tasks include:
Interface with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to respond to routine inquiries and resolve concerns. 
Explain members rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.
Educates providers on self-service options. 
Research customer information by effectively using appropriate database in response to inquiries including, but not limited to, authorizations, payments, denials, coordination of benefits, and eligibility. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves outstanding issues to achieve customer satisfaction and following through to bring outstanding issues to closure.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
