Assisted in vital work on a project between UCLA and the Department of Mental Health (DMH), transcribing interviews with severely mentally ill patients, their family members, and their doctors, along with entering data about the patients into the DMH database. This project is aimed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) plan, which is a treatment plan used for severely mentally ill patients.

Assisted a project synthesizing biomarkers for oral cancer cells doing data entry. Assisted Dr. Hu, the Principal Investigator, in helping out various graduate students when they needed extra hands with cleaning equipment in an autoclave and making cell cultures.
