•Have been exposed to the three areas in sales (Services, Equipment, and Controls), through shadowing account managers, participating in business functions/events, attending sales workshops, customer meetings, and both sales and service calls. •Obtained a greater knowledge of Trane’s business and the sales process in various jobs within the different sales teams. •Developed my technical, business, sales, leadership and communication skills. •Worked within the controls sales team to create a database of buildings in L.A. County with pneumatic controls, which provides opportunity for the controls account managers to sell Trane controls as an upgrade.
