• Leadership skills - While editor of my Reporting for Entertainment News class' mock newspaper and website, I delegated specific task to those who had strengths in specific areas, while also leading in a positive manner that allowed others to prosper with their works.

In group projects, I am trusted with the responsibility of final edits of written work and presentations. As a Lead Associate at the Titan Bookstore, I am often given individual projects.  I also help coworkers complete their tasks.  I resolve customer complaints and always go above and beyond to make the customers happy. My customer service and dependability are two of my observable strengths.  I am trusted opening and closing at satellite locations and have worked in multiple departments including E services, merchandising, receiving, and customer service.

I have coached La Habra High School Cheer from 2013 to 2014, and before that, coached girls ages 6 to 13 for La Habra's Pop Warner league.  It has been truly rewarding to take what I've learned from the Cal State Fullerton Spirit Squad and elsewhere and apply my knowledge towards teaching my young girls.  I wanted to impress upon the girls that they could do whatever they set their minds to.
