 Import Production Manager and Account Specialist

Engineering & Production

Manages a team of production account mangers to ensure that all benchmarks are met, and goods are shipped in accordance with the customer guidelines and cancel date.
• Work directly with the factory build strong working relationships, to negotiate best possible price and help address any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Work directly with design and sales to find and source new factories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct weekly meetings with each department to review current process and future production
plans.

 Import Production Manager 

•	Manage a staff of (3) data entry specialist
•	Manages the process of sourcing and purchasing blank garments to fulfill program flows, replenishment programs and maintain inventory levels for immediate delivery customers
•	Works directly with Suppliers to negotiate best possible pricing for increased profit margin
•	Researching raw materials and finished goods suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating purchase agreements and developing inventory controls to identify demand
•	Establish Guidelines and process for reviewing, monitoring and maintaining healthy inventory levels
•	Monitoring KPI and reacting accordingly to grow where possible
•	Work to identify season sales trends and setting in measure to react
•	Oversee the process of 3rd parting quality control testing (CTL/UL/BV)


Director of Sourcing & Demand Planning

•	Manage a staff of (3) order entry specialists
•	Manage, purchase, and tracked $25,000,000 of inventory for all company e-commerce accounts
•	Manages and maintains inventory levels for our ECOM 3PL partners in over 42 warehouses, 6 virtual warehouses and numerous PL warehouses
•	Reduced and maintained unavailable inventory from 20% to 7%, lowering storage costs approximately $350,000
•	Executed inventory audits to address discrepancies in partner warehouses, leading to a $130k credit
•	Supported accounting with inventory audits to ensure integrity of inventory levels across the company
•	Created SOPs for procurement, sales reports, and inventory analysis for e-commerce accounts

Demand Planner / Purchaisng Manager

• Responsible for placing purchase orders and the tracking of all overseas production for timely delivery of quality goods.

• Responsible for maintaining PP and TOP deadlines as well as QC standards for all factories.

Sr. Import Production Manager and Account Specialist

• Manage the daily production management and tracking of special accounts including Macys (MMG, Ideology, Material Girl, and Style & Co), F21, and Buckle as well as all branded Miken Swim orders/customers.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a T&A for all open orders by account and delivery.
• Responsible for working directly with the factory to insure all components are submitted for approval in a timely manner and communicating all customer comments with the customer.
• Responsible for working with our pre-production and technical design team to insure that fit/pp/top samples are processed quickly and assisting when needed on fitting and relating technical issue to the factory.
• Responsible for making sure that all finished goods passed quality inspections, are received on time and meet all requirements of the private label and branded customers.

Import Production Account Manager

• Oversee the daily running of the production department, managing a team of 4 in-house staff, 15+ overseas full package factories, 3 domestic full package factories, 8 domestic sewing factories, marking/grading & cutting.
• Responsible for sourcing new factories for domestic production that meet the required quality and price requirements suitable for private label and branded business.
• Responsible for pricing product with overseas vendors (China & India) contractors to insure profit margins are met.
• Responsible for placing purchase orders and the tracking of all overseas production for timely delivery of quality goods.
• Responsible for building and maintaining "Time in Action" reports.
• Responsible for maintaining PP and TOP deadlines as well as QC standards for all factories.
• Responsible for the purchasing and inventory management of all domestic pieces goods and trim items.

Import & Domestic Production Manager

• Oversee the daily running of the production department, managing a team of 7 in-house staff and 6 overseas factories
• Responsible for pricing product with overseas vendors (China & India) to insure profit margins are met.
• Responsible for placing purchase orders and the tracking of all overseas production for timely delivery of quality goods.
• Responsible for building and maintaining "Time in Action" reports.
• Responsible for all technical design responsibilities, conducting weekly fittings and sending fit comments and corrections to overseas factories.
• Work closely s they develop. with sales and design on private label projects with a focus on profit margin.

Import Production Manager

• Work directly for the President/Production Manager and performs the task related to pre-production on products including product development.
• Responsible for the development of items specification sheets needed for domestic and overseas contractors.
• Responsible for information gathering, report building, and analyst ion of data/report findings.
• Responsible for building and maintaining "Time in Action" reports.
• Responsible for weekly meetings to coordinate projects and time lines with internal departments.
• Used computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Responsible for cost analysis on all orders.
• Work directly with private label and special order customers on p[product development products to insure cost profit margins and product completion deadlines where met.

Pre-Production Manager

• Work as part of a sales management team with the primary focus on analytical reporting of sales targets, retail selling reports, and style tracking.
• Manage a staff of five employees.
• Support of the sales staff in keeping on track with meeting sales targets, monitoring inventory levels and order tacking.
• Set up and maintain procedures for Sales Contests, RA's, Gifting, and Allowances.
• Works closely with Production and Customer Service to communicate issues and find solutions to daily problems.

Sales Analyst

(Jr.'s Active, Off Price and Kids)
• Responsible for the launch and introduction of a new active line to existing Fang customers.
• Build new relationship with buyers new to the product, line and labels.
• Work with key specialty retailers on branded and private label product development projects.
• Work with design and production to insure the proper fit as well as special customer's requirements.
• Track all orders through the production process to aid the production team with any delays that may arise as well as keep abreast of the order status.
• Attend markets in L.A. and New York as well any other travel required.
• Work with closeout and off price customers to move stock finished goods and fabric.
• Asst in the Jr. Knits and Kids departments with all markets appointments and order issues as needed.

Sales Representative

• Work directly with Operations Manager, overseeing the daily management of all divisions and departments.
• Manage all areas of pre-production and production, including managing and maintaining work load and flow, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Pattern room management including pattern assignment and scheduling.
• Facilitate in-house design and client fittings to insure constancy and cohesiveness of design details and fit standards.
• Work directly with special order clients to meet fit requirements and T.O.P. specifications.
• Maintain a cutting schedule based on material availability.
• Monitoring piece goods & trim deliveries, price, and problem solving.
• Work closely with Import department to develop and maintain "Time in Action" calendar.
• Review domestic production cost sheets to insure profit margins are being met and bill of materials are accurate.
