Manage and oversee customer service staff operations and hiring, provide support and training for US retailers and sales reps, assist VP of sales with daily operational functions, marketing, and sales goals, and efficiently handle heavy phone and email correspondence

Work and communicate with production team in China for manufacturing of made to measure men’s suits and shirts

Apparel Technician responsibilities include, measurement conversion for garment fits using spec sheets, understanding of technical garment construction and custom design options, assist with selection of seasonal fabrics and trade show garments, and management of issues/errors by assessing garments, addressing errors with QC and production, and determining the source and resolution for issues
