* Leader of the teams engaged in building & maintaining systems to handle external data and supporting business
critical Rating and Evaluation models
* Global head for a 15 million USD Strategic Data programme aimed at simplifying the data architecture of the bank
with modern tech and governance capabilities, with the ability to realize benefits committed to the investments
made. Established a new team of 60+ engineers and management to execute on the program
* Led the implementation of Agile across DW, BI and AML teams
*   Set direction for API based data ingestion to support event based data streaming and processing capability
*   Managing teams with responsibility to deliver AML Transaction Monitoring program using SAS
*   Established team to lead the onboarding and implementation of a critical product to improve forensic
investigation capabilities
*   Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of Mortgage Data Warehouse entity of the bank, enabling
critical reporting and analytic capabilities
*   Responsible for the build and maintenance of Operational Risk Management system - key to certifying that the bank abides by regulatory compliance requirements on operational risk
*   Responsible for the hiring of right skills and the development of 150+ engineers with varied skills to deliver AML,
Regulatory and Strategic programs
*   Led steering committee discussions with CIO and Executive Leadership
*   Technology Landscape - SQL Server, Datastage, Hadoop, Scala, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Mainframe - PL1, Unix,
Java, SAS, Gemini, .Net
