Plans and implements all store campaigns and current visual story directed by corporate visual team, with support from the merchandising team.Partner with store manager to determine seasonal mapping and product flow. Training and coaching of garment presentation  to the store staff. Plans and conducts all visual moves based on top priority products all while keeping company vision. Ensure replenishment of product is being properly filtered onto sales floor. Plans and works with operations to drive kpi’s on a daily basis. Partner with field visual manager to help support store openings and company re-fixtures. Deliver individual evaluation plans for visual team in addition to addressing poor work performance and conduct. Support in-store routines/events and MOD tasks as needed.
