- Collaborated with gear designer to interpret product concepts to engineer production-ready prototype specifications and production
- Development on average of 30 styles per season and overseeing 113 carry-over styles
- Implemented of original Enovia/Technia PLM system for REI gear in private brand as a superuser and tester
- Engaged with sourcing team and overseas vendors to build products, and ensure product specification accuracy
- Merchandising of season products to Product buyers, collaborate on costing, production timing and targeted IMU

- Managed EMS branded camping products including, tents, sleeping bags, full-size packs, day packs, travel packs, and travel accessories
- Designed products and worked with new designers to interpret the concept package, and use PLM systems to engineer production-ready prototype specifications
- Collaborated with overseas vendors to create products and ensure accuracy, as well as traveling to the factories to inspect & collaborate with vendors

- Managing inventory to stores, proper flow of product through the DC/HUB, proper allocation method on all Key Recs,
- Maintaining store stock levels in the chain of store
- Determining optimal inventory levels to order for the following season per style
- Building and maintaining ladders, analysis of styles, turns, and sell-through
