Administrative Office Assistant

I have been working as an office assistant for 6 years and in the retail industry for over 20  years. I have experience in  management, front office, admissions,  sales and graphic design. I  enjoy surfing, softball, soccer,  music and movies. I lead an  active lifestyle and would love  to work for a company that  promotes that.

I assist the manager and director of Health and Human Services for Yamhill County.
This includes scheduling, managing databases, training software, analysis, special projects, management of employee credentials and onboarding. 


I am the office assistant for Mental Health Case Management. I check in clients at the office. I arrange transportation and give bus passes and meal vouchers. I schedule appointments, meeting rooms and events. I file and log client information, FAX, scan, copy information. Develop forms and spreadsheets. Safety officer for Mental Health. 

Office Assistant

Answering phones, faxing, uploading documents, filling, creating documents, updating accounts, receiving payments and recording them. Many other duries.

Front Desk

I assist college students with their applications, registrations and other college needs. I answer calls in the call center as well and direct them to the correct extension. Create Word and Excel documents.

Admissions Personnel

Providing care and schooling for children ages 3 months to 8 years of age. Creating crafts, games and activities, recording information, creating documents and meeting with parents.

Preschool Teacher

Running the store while the manager was not present, inventory, RMS, POS, ordering, receiving, cash management, training and opening and closing the store.
