Responsibilities:
• Managing purchase orders, monthly forecasting for suppliers, maintenance of key
planning parameters.
• Resolving invoice and purchase order related issues.
• Managing supplier performance to ensure that company is working with the right
strategic suppliers to support short- and long-term objectives. Taking assertive
position with suppliers who are past due to ensure that every alternative is explored in able to improve past due delivery schedules.
• Supporting transition team to ensure project plans are updated and requirements on
purchase of parts are defined and ordered so that support of the transition and follow-
on schedules is secured.
• Responsible for Procuring material according to ordering policies designed to minimize
inventory costs and being left with inactive, obsolete and surplus inventory. Identifies and manages measures to reduce inactive, obsolete and surplus inventory when such
do exist.

Buyer

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the end to end Buying & Sourcing activity of Corporate sale division
(B2B).
• Managing purchase orders making sure it aligned with the assigned budget and delivery timelines.
• Resolving supplier inquires, disputes and payment discrepancy.
• Finalizing the prices, credit terms and supplier contracts.
• Execute sourcing events, evaluate results, communicate with suppliers on quotes,
and accordingly finalizing the contract with suppliers.
• Leading new vendor qualification and on-boarding.
• Reviewing the stock level to make sure it aligned with the demand and forecast to meet the business requirement.

line/Concept.
• Acting as a project manager for new product development.
• Ensuring Compliances while buying and selling of the different product.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with Export Buyers via Mails and meetings and collecting the details of their requirements.
• Detailed study of the spec sheet and the raw materials required for sample making & production.
• Coordinating with supplier for Ordering the fabric, thread, buttons, zips, labels, etc.
• Taking the color and quality print style and size approval from the buyer. And seeking
the approval on the final garment.
• Coordinating with printing unit, dyeing unit, embroidery unit to make samples of printing, dyeing, and embroidery respectively.
• Finalizing the cost sheet.
• Coordinating with production department, checking department and packing
department from sampling until the shipment stage.

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing changing market trends, supervising sales, and managing production costs.
• Responsible for conceptualizing a fashion line for the target consumer and for the current season.
• In charge of selection of fabrics and textiles.
• Part of team to formulate good marketing strategies to increase sales. Managing the teams' daily schedules and leading the team for overall productivity.
• Suggest ways so that products are presented in an attractive manner to entice
customers.
• Ensures that Quality is maintained with respect to fabric, design and material to the defined norms within the first month of production

Statistics.

• Conducted Audit by regularly visiting the Brand stores.
