I believe my current position as part of the China Sales Team, and my experience in supply chain and logistic management from my previous jobs will make me an excellent candidate. As follows are some of the highlights of my achievements in my previous jobs:

    As a Sales Lead in Phenomenex, I use the strategy customer always first;  I look at the long-term as well as the short term;  Setting up the game plan, working toward that direction with great effort has made me the top salesperson for the whole team.  

    As a manager in Spaco Inc (the fashion chain, Forever 21’s label supplier) I redesigned the work procedure and introduced a new one that reduced the total processing time and cost by 60%.  Meanwhile, it also reduced the error rate by more than

    70%. Because of these achievements, Forever 21's owners commented that without my team, they couldn't have been so successful.

     In Texmate Inc, I worked closely with its CEO and have learned a wide range of skills.  In the end, he said to me that I was well prepared for every challenge you would face in the future.

I am currently working on my MBA at Westcliff University in Irvine, California and have just been accepted UC Irvine Data Science Bootcamp.  I believe both schools will help me gain in depth knowledge, and in turn, I will a better leader.
