The role of the Translational Diagnostics Division, based on the University of California Irvine campus, is to identify compelling clinical needs, and develop or partner to commercialize translational technologies to meet these needs. Frontline: Supports Director with Outlook Calendar, update and follow-up on 20 to 30 on-going projects, and assists recruiting consultants and researchers. Acts as a bridge between the Researchers and the Director. Accounting and Accounts Payable: Receive vendors invoices, verify charges, include necessary approvals, send them to the company's HQ America. Keep track of all expenses incurred by our branch. Administration/Legal: Helps researchers with administrative tasks when needed. Compiles monthly reports of 4 researchers and exports them by-annually to our worldwide HQ in Tokyo, Japan. Modifies and writes new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Contacts vendors and Legal department to prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements and checks accuracy.
