Purchasing Resource

Lead design and procurement projects for office spaces and skilled nursing facilities, overseeing every phase from concept to completion.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and vendors to create cohesive, functional space layouts that align with brand aesthetics and operational needs.
Source and procure all furnishings, artwork, fixtures, equipment, and vehicles across 300+ facilities, ensuring high-quality selections that meet budget, design, and state requirements.
Coordinate purchase, delivery, and install for large renovation projects.
Conduct nationwide vetting to provide tailored “good, better, best” options to optimize budgets.
Monitor budgets and yearly spend in an effort to cut costs, and communicate monthly with each building on their budget status.
Cultivate vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing on furniture, fixtures, decor, and equipment, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising on style or durability.
Negotiate preferred pricing programs and contracts with vendors.
Track and report capital expenditures monthly to ensure facilities meet budget goals. Conduct in-person site visits to assess and align projects with facility needs.
