Responsible for all creative projects from concept to completion. Duties
included packaging and instruction sheets, POP/POS displays, digital, print,
e-mail, social platforms and trade-show signage, event tents and booths.
Planned shot lists and directed creative vision of video and photoshoots.
Led design of prospective new products for Research and Development.
Produced visual aids for new product studies and 3D models of prospective
POP displays for sales team. Worked with outside agencies for Olympic USOC
teams, PR agencies, display and packaging factories, outside photographers,
videographers and printers. Directed design on all collateral, tape designs,
regulatory standards and coordinated printing and product specifications with the factory in China. Point person for the PGA Magazine, PGA Demo Day and Merchandise Shows. Created all print ads, show signage, demo booths,
videos, and event guides. Worked directly with organizers and publishers to insure standards and deadlines were met. Worked jointly with the CEO,
CMO, COO, CFO, Director of Operations, Director of Supply Chain, Director of Marketing, Vice Presidents of Sales, Customer Service, E-Comm Manager,
Warehouse Managers and others to facilitate all creative needs.

design projects, from conception to launch. Consistently design all collateral within KT Tape's brand guidelines. Standardized all products to be up-to-date with file format, legal disclaimers and current branding. Created database of files for Sales Reps to effectively provide standard artwork to customers.

Sr. Graphic Designer

Designed all digital and print media for KT Tape, while adhering to the company's brand guidelines. Created 3D modeling of packaging and displays for Marketing, R&D and Sales departments. Maintained company website
images, copy, sliders and banners. Maintained database of all digital files for
print and web use. Designed for various Olympic and Paralympic Teams and Athletes.

Graphic Designer

Worked independently designing advertisements for Monkey Business Graphic Design. Developed compelling designs based on customer specifications and artwork submitted. Worked remotely uploading to customers specified servers, etc.

Freelance Graphic Design

Directed 130 employees in seven departments consisting of contract entry,
layout coordination, graphic designers, editors, proofing customer service,
pagination and pre-press employees. Reorganized department structure and created teams of graphic designers and editors that focused on certain
geographic locations. Decreased department turnaround from 6 months to
30 days from contract entry to customer proof. Created a proofing customer
service department to ensure customer approval before print. Reduced write-
offs and overall overhead in first year by one million dollars.
