•	Improved efficiency and decision-making by designing a weekly report that consolidated data from the ERP and all 3PL warehouse reports into a single document for the COO and management team.
•	Wrote and updated all Purchasing department SOPs and created an SOP handbook.
•	Collaborated all warehouses to resolve legacy receiving, picking, and reporting errors.
•	Worked with Quetico warehouse IT team to automate inventory, shipment, and status reports in SAP DWM (DaVinci).
