Brought on to support the launch of a new Marketing Department within the School of Business to create brand awareness globally. Established and developed highly efficient strategies promoting schools’ initiatives for; recruitments, students, alumni’s, programs, and centers showcasing the school as the future for business education. Initiated projects in a timely manner, within budget constraints for multi-faceted problems in support of internal stakeholders’ goals.
     •	Within one week on the job, lead a highly visible project that would normally take 8 months and was able to execute within 4 
        weeks. This included; storyboard, team development, and collaboration. The project was used for fundraising purposes for 
        high-visibility donors.
     •	Spearheaded a first-of-its-kind video campaign that was to be played in ~19k American Airline flights. Conducted market 
      research to identify branding opportunities, provided innovative problem-solving techniques to generate dynamic marketing 
       content and communication tools for promotional campaign, within a timeframe of 7 days.
     •	Created an innovative eco-system funnel to drive engagement from undergrad through Alumni status.  
 



Sought out to increase brand awareness for the Entrepreneurship program by developing programming marketing strategies, messaging, presentations, public relations campaigns, articles, and newsletters. Studied demographic data to determine optimal targets, competitor offerings, and tactics for persuasion to drive excitement and energy to the program. Fostered relationships with high-level investors and business leaders to serve as judges and mentors for students. 
     •	Cultivated brand awareness for Entrepreneurship in the School of Business focused on diversity and inclusion which resulted in 
      a significant increase in female founders' participation. 
     •	Launched the first Latin America track that included 3 University partners, and 24 recruited students to compete in pitch 
       competitions.
     •	Developed creative best practices for marketing and outreach that increased engagement by over ~300% within 8 years.
